We accept returns for defective or damaged items within 1-3 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

3. Refund Process
Once your return is approved, we will process your refund. Since we only offer cash on delivery, refunds will be issued through a direct bank transfer or an alternative agreed-upon method. Please allow 1-3 days for the refund to be processed once the returned item is received.
4. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for items that have been used or altered, or if the original packaging has been damaged. Any items that are marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase are also excluded from our return policy.
